Refund and cancellation

  • All transactions on the Touch Net India Teleservices Pvt Ltd’s website, monetary and otherwise, are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-reversible except in the event of proven gross negligence on the part of Touch Net India Teleservices Pvt Ltd or its representatives or in the case of products/services covered by Money Back Guarantee which is applicable only if customer(s) report us for disconnection of service on email within one week of installation of new connection. Under this scheme 90% money shall be refunded & 10% shall be retained as handling charges, excluding actual usage charges.

  • All Refund applications must be made prior to request for Account Deactivation all Refunds are paid to the Client by original payment method. These payments are processed to the client within 14 - 21 days of an approved Refund Application. You must apply for Refund with Touch Net India Teleservices Pvt Ltd on our official email id(touchnet@touchnetindia.net) .
  • In the event of refund of the amount to the customer for any reason, the amount will be refunded to the customer on the concerned credit card/debit card/bank account through Internet Payment Gateway process only and no cash refunds will be made.
  • We at Touch Net India Teleservices Pvt Ltd reconcile all transactions on our system with Internet Payment Gateway on T+2 working day (excluding Sundays and Holidays) basis. All transactions which have failed and where we have received payment confirmation from the Internet Payment Gateway, a refund will be processed within two(2) working days from the date of transaction and a mail will be sent in confirmation. Please note in refund cases, the concerned bank or card issuer may take 4-7 days to post a credit to your account.
  • Refunds where the Customer has paid Touch Net India Teleservices Pvt Ltd with a Credit Card which incur administration fee. Such fee charged will be charged on the total amount of Refund payable.
  • This is an automatic process and will be followed in all cases. However, for cases where you have received a success confirmation but the payment is not reflecting in your account with us or any other case, you are welcome to log a complaint by sending an email to touchnet@touchnetindia.net and we will provide you a quick resolution

Touch Net India Teleservices Pvt Ltd will not process Refunds based on the criteria listed below:

  • Pre-Paid Data used is more that 20% of total allocated data.
  • Monthly Accounts who have been billed for the month already.
  • Mid Month Cancellations requests where Customer used Part month or Funds.
  • Reimbursement of Funds based on a Verbal Cancellation instead of Cancellation/Disconnection on our email.

  • Touch Net India Teleservices Pvt Ltd reserves the right to make any final decisions in regards to the outcome of any Refund Application
